As a registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I have developed a research-based program that has helped thousands of clients transform their doubt and discomfort into confidence and comfort and finally know how to exercise right and stay motivated.

The Problem 

Clients come to me because they are fed up with over-hyped diet and exercise programs that are time-consuming, difficult to follow, and leave them feeling inadequate. If you are caught in the cycle of counting calories, consumed with worry over your weight and health, or constantly thinking of the exercise you “should” be getting (what one of my clients calls the “Deadly Triangle”), the Exercising WELL™ Program is here to give you a new, more effective way to approach exercise.

Philosophy

The Exercising WELL™ Program goes beyond the unhealthy approach to exercise that keeps you trying to burn calories, fix ‘your problem areas,’ and constantly chasing the hope that someday you will feel better in your body again. Instead I combine exercise science, motivation science, and mindfulness into a powerful approach that works for your body and your life, right now and each day going forward.  You will know how to exercise so you feel comfortable, lower stress, reduce food cravings, and are confident you will stay motivated.

As a working mom myself, I understand exercise needs to be realistic. I teach simple yet science-based exercises that fit your body and your life, not the other way around.  With over thirty years of experience as a hospital clinician, I teach you how to Exercise WELL, even with existing medical conditions—like heart disease, diabetes, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, depression, and arthritis.  Learn more about me.
